Helen Wagner, owner of HM Wagner Realty Services, has served the Edgewater - Sheridan Road community since 1989. Her career as a successful Real Estate Broker and multi-million dollar producer in the Chicago Metropolitan area spans more than twenty-five years.

Helen has represented new home builders in Chicago as well as Florida, and has received recognition awards from the Chicago Association of Realtors, the National Association of Home Builders, and the Home Builder's Association of Greater Chicago.

She received her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, and was an instructor at Roosevelt University for twelve years where she taught marketing courses for the Institute of Residential Marketing (IRM) candidates.

Helen's expertise in the dynamic Sheridan Road corridor enables her to provide valuable marketing services to her clients. She formerly served as a Director on the Edgewater Chamber of Commerce. Helen has held several prestigious positions and received numerous awards for her contributions to the real estate industry which includes:

serving as Chairwoman of the Sales and Marketing Council of the National Association of Home Builders
serving as President of the Sales and Marketing Council of Greater Chicago
receiving the Institute of Residential Marketing (IRM) Excellence in Education Award for her outstanding lifetime achievements in educating new home sales and marketing professionals
