Short History of the Edgewater Neighborhood |
 Once
lined by stately mansions along the Lake Shore,Edgewater is
now the home to many high rise apartments and condominiums
with spectacular lakefront views and access. Beyond these
residential giants are large homes that are being rehabbed and
still very affordable. Edgewater is the home of Loyola University
with many students also living in the area. Easy access to public
transportation and Lake Shore Drive make the area very attractive. |
